Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Ineareud products. Below is our refund and exchange policy.

1. Refund conditions
Quality issues: If you find that the product has quality problems such as damage or malfunction within 30 days after receiving the product, you can apply for a refund by providing relevant evidence.

Description does not match: If the specifications, color, etc. of the product are inconsistent with the description on the details page, you can apply for a refund within 3 days by providing the discrepancy information.

Special circumstances: If the product cannot be shipped due to non-you reasons such as discontinuation of production or out of stock, we will actively negotiate a refund.

2. Exchange conditions
Quality issues: If you find that the product has quality problems such as damage or malfunction within 30 days after receiving the product, in addition to applying for a refund, you also have the right to choose an exchange. You need to provide clear evidence of the quality problem, such as photos or videos showing the problem.

Description does not match: If the specifications, color, etc. of the product are inconsistent with the description on the details page, and you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, you can submit an exchange application within 3 days and attach detailed information about the discrepancy.

3. Exchange Process
Submit your request: Send an email to service@ineareud.com indicating your intention to exchange, along with the order number, a detailed description of the problem, and relevant evidence (if applicable).

Review and processing: We will review your exchange request within 1-3 business days. If the information provided is incomplete, we will contact you at service@ineareud.com to request more details.

Return Arrangement: After reviewing and approving your exchange request, we will send you the return address and specific return instructions. You should ship the product back within 1-2 days. For exchanges due to quality issues or non-description, we will bear the return shipping costs; otherwise, the shipping costs will be negotiated separately.

Complete the exchange: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you within 1-2 business days according to the delivery method you originally selected. Delivery time will vary depending on the logistics channel and destination.

4. Refund Process
Review and processing: Review within 1-3 business days. If the information is incomplete, we will contact you at service@ineareud.com.

Return arrangement (if necessary): After the review is passed, we will send the return address and instructions, and you need to send the product back within 1-2 days. For returns due to quality issues and non-description, we will bear the shipping costs; otherwise, the shipping costs will be negotiated.

Complete refund: After receiving the returned product and confirming that it is correct, we will refund the original payment method within 1-2 business days. The arrival time varies depending on the payment institution and bank.
