1. Shipping coverage area
The shipping service covers a wide range of international destinations. Asia covers Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Pakistan, etc.; Europe includes the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, etc.; North America includes the United States and Canada; South America covers Argentina, etc.; Oceania includes Australia and New Zealand; Africa also involves some countries.

2. Shipping process
Order processing: The review will be completed within 1-2 working days after the order is placed. If there is wrong information in the order or the product is out of stock, we will contact you by email.
Package preparation: Professional packaging according to the characteristics of the product to ensure the safety of the product during transportation.

Goods shipment: Arrange shipment immediately after packaging is completed, select the appropriate logistics channel according to the characteristics and destination of the goods, and provide the goods tracking number in time after shipment so that you can check the status of the goods at any time.

Standard shipping:
Nearby countries such as South Korea and Japan are expected to arrive in 5-10 working days.

Express Shipping: Most Asian countries can be delivered in 3 - 5 working days.

4. Shipping costs
Asia
Standard shipping: Usually charged by weight, the first weight (0.5 kg) is generally 7.14 - 11.43 US dollars, and each additional 0.5 kg is about 2.86 - 5.71 US dollars. For example, a 1 kg package sent to South Korea or Japan costs about 12.86 - 20 US dollars. Larger packages will be charged according to the larger of the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000, in centimeters and grams) and the actual weight.

Express shipping: The first weight (0.5 kg) is about 11.43 - 17.14 US dollars, and each additional 0.5 kg is 4.29 - 8.57 US dollars. For example, a 2 kg package to Southeast Asia may cost $32.86 - $48.57 for express delivery.

Europe
Standard delivery: $11.43 - $17.14 for the first weight (0.5 kg), $5.71 - $10 for each additional 0.5 kg. For a 2 kg package to countries such as the UK, France, and Germany, the standard delivery cost is roughly $42.86 - $65.71. For oversized and overweight packages, there will be additional surcharges.

Express delivery: $17.14 - $25.71 for the first weight (0.5 kg), $7.14 - $12.86 for each additional 0.5 kg. For example, a 3 kg package to Europe costs about $67.14 - $102.86 for express delivery.

North America
Standard shipping: $12.86 - $18.57 for the first weight (0.5 kg), $7.14 - $11.43 for each additional 0.5 kg. For a 3 kg package to the United States or Canada, standard shipping costs are approximately $67.14 - $92.86. If the value of the goods is higher, a certain percentage of the declared value may be charged as a surcharge.

Express shipping: $21.43 - $31.43 for the first weight (0.5 kg), $8.57 - $14.29 for each additional 0.5 kg. For example, a 4 kg package to North America costs approximately $98.57 - $145.71 for express delivery.

South America
Standard shipping: $14.29 - $21.43 for the first weight (0.5 kg), $8.57 - $12.86 for each additional 0.5 kg. For a 2 kg package to Argentina, the standard shipping fee is approximately $54.29 - $81.43. Due to differences in logistics infrastructure in some South American countries, remote areas may have a remote surcharge.

Express shipping: $25.71 - $37.14 for the first weight (0.5 kg), $10 - $17.14 for each additional 0.5 kg. For a 3 kg package to South America, the express shipping fee is approximately $88.57 - $140.

Oceania
Standard shipping: $12.86 - $20 for the first weight (0.5 kg), $7.14 - $11.43 for each additional 0.5 kg. Standard shipping costs for a 2.5 kg package to Australia and New Zealand are approximately $60 - $85.71. If the package is an irregular shape, special packaging may be required.

Express shipping: $22.86 - $34.29 for the first weight (0.5 kg), and $10 - $15.71 for each additional 0.5 kg. For example, a 4 kg package to Oceania costs approximately $112.86 - $171.43 for express shipping.

Africa
Standard shipping: $17.14 - $25.71 for the first weight (0.5 kg), and $10 - $15.71 for each additional 0.5 kg. Standard shipping costs for a 2 kg package to some African countries are approximately $65.71 - $100. Shipping costs in some countries fluctuate greatly due to local logistics conditions.

Express delivery: $28.57 - $42.86 for the first weight (0.5 kg), $11.43 - $21.43 for each additional 0.5 kg. The express delivery fee for a 3 kg package to Africa is approximately $105.71 - $192.86.

5.Carrier
We use DHL or UPS for international shipping.

6.Tariffs
Some countries and regions may incur customs duties, VAT or other import taxes when clearing parcels, and these fees must be borne by the recipient. The specific amount of taxes depends on the customs policy of the destination country and the value of the goods. We recommend that you understand the relevant local policies before placing an order to avoid affecting your shopping experience due to tax issues.

7. Special Cases
Damaged/lost product: If the product you received is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged product with a description of the order to service@ineareud.com within 3 working days after signing for it. We will contact you within 1 - 2 working days to provide a replacement, repair or refund plan; if the product is lost, we will refund or re-ship in full within 1 - 2 working days after confirmation.

Customs issues: If customs issues arise during international transportation, we will assist in providing relevant documents, but the resulting costs will be borne by you. Please be sure to understand the customs policies of the destination country before placing an order.

Force majeure: We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, but we will try our best to reduce the losses and resume shipping as soon as possible after the incident.
